Salad A Day Challenge: Day 1




Nom nom nom nom.

This blackened prawn salad is a entrée at Hummus Brothers. It has beans, corn, feta, and a lime vinaigrette dressing.

Very delicious.

I gobbled this salad down for dinner last night. Day 1 complete.

    All salads taste great with some goat cheese and toasted pecans! They have to be toasted though to bring out their flavour!
